and Criminal litigation that I bring to my exclusive Family Law Practice. I am a member of the Family Law Sections of the State Bar of Georgia and the Cobb County Bar Association. I have written articles for the State Bar of Georgia Family Law Newsletter, was well as being called upon to be a presenter at an ABA Alternative Dispute symposium. I have extensive experience in the trial and settlement of all facets of Family Law cases, including divorce and modification of child custody and child support, division of assets, alimony, pre and most nuptial agreements, and contempt actions to enforce a preexisting court order.
