• Onboard new hires and process changes and terminations
• Assist with employee claims and benefit questions
• Educate your employees and help them to understand the value of what you are paying for their benefits
• Enhance your employees benefit experience
• Educate your HR representative on Healthcare Reform and other critical laws
• Conduct initial and on-going audits to assure you are compliant
• Assist with billing and employee installment issues
• Market your health plan annually or as needed
• Negotiate pricing whenever possible with all carriers on your behalf
• Conduct Open Enrollment meetings
