About Us

Melissa Owens, ACC, MBA, is an Executive Coach and Career Strategist who helps high-performing leaders build careers that support both their families and their impact. Guided by her mantra, Be Well. Lead on Purpose., she combines executive career strategy, emotional intelligence, and leadership development with a foundation in holistic health.

After more than a decade in health coaching, Melissa realized that no wellness plan could fix what was making many people unhealthy at the core: their work. That insight led her to executive career coaching, where she now partners with senior leaders navigating growth, transition, or burnout while still striving for excellence.

Melissa works closely with executives and Executive MBA students at Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business, helping them strengthen executive presence, clarify their professional narrative, and create intentional strategies for advancement.
