About Us

Leadership Perimeter educates, inspires, and connects leaders to play a meaningful role in our community.

Since 1986, Leadership Perimeter has graduated nearly 1,000 leaders prepared to make a positive impact in metro-Atlanta’s central Perimeter area.

Through our Flagship and Youth leadership programs, we connect diverse community members to the assets and issues of our region while uncovering how to become more servant leaders.

You’ll find our alumni leading nonprofits, serving on boards, serving on City Council, leading their businesses, and becoming more valuable employees and community champions.
