My husband and I started Code Drifters in 2017 because we needed health insurance. It has grown a lot! We build software for large enterprise sized companies all the way to startups. We have been successful because we hire people with grit. We like to find people who have "it" and hold their hand through code academies. We hire them upon completion, beginning with smaller projects until eventually they are senior developers. We retain talent by having epic perks and a very down to earth culture. We take on projects that we know we can build and hold our client's hands throughout the process. We are 100% word of mouth... until I wrote this. :-)
