Wain Kellum serves Vonage as Strategic Advisor - Business Services, following a notable tenure as President of Vonage Business Solutions and CEO of Vocalocity, which was acquired by Vonage in 2013. Wain maintains a solid track record of rapid revenue growth and successful outcomes for a diverse group of software companies he has managed. His deep experience extends to organically growing companies; buying and integrating companies; forming strategic alliances; and raising capital. He has completed successful equity transactions with a variety of companies including Microsoft and Hewlett Packard (HP).

Wain was nominated for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2014 Award, was named one of the 25 most influential people in the Southeast technology community by TechJournal South in 2008, and received the Southeastern AeA "Spirit of Endeavor" Award for Outstanding Leadership in 2005. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with honors from the University of South Carolina, an M.B.A from Georgia State University and has completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School.
