Description
Swing for the Brookhaven Police Foundation at the 2022 Brookhaven Police Foundation Golf Tournament on October 24th at the Capital City Golf Club Brookhaven.
This golf tournament benefits the Police Foundation. Below is a list of what The Police Foundation has assisted with paying for:
- K9 program - (3) K9 purchases of $15k each
- Drones - (1) drone plus training for $40k
- Training for officers - $30k reserved for law enforcement jiu-jitsu and about $25k in other training
- Education for Officers and children - approximately $170k for tuition and $20k to pay off student loans
- Catastrophic illness or injury
- Catastrophic incident to Officer's family such as losing house to fire, etc.
