Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Grand Opening Party for European Wax Center at Town Brookhaven. Party starts at 7:00 PM at Noche at Town Brookhaven. At 8:30 PM guests can walk over to observe the ribbon cutting ceremony across the street.
