Arnette’s Chop Shop - Brookhaven’s modern American steakhouse - will be hosting a Networking Happy Hour event for the Brookhaven Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, April 11 from 5:30-7pm. Open to the public, the event will be held out on the Lanai with a cash bar and will include door prizes by Spavia Day Spa and PB Photography. Complimentary appetizers will include Shrimp Cocktail with Horseradish & Lemon; Wagyu Beef Tartare with cornichon, yolk, Worcestershire, popovers; Tuna Crudo with ramps, mint yogurt, chili, cucumbers; Bacon with Bourbon maple glaze, peanuts, jalapenos; and Goat Cheese & Beet Crostini on toast points.. Tickets can be purchased here, priced at $10 for Brookhaven Chamber members, $15 for prospective members, and $20 cash at the door. Valet parking will be free.
