This forum's theme “Addressing Violence in Fulton County” will continue the discussions about gangs, dating violence, mental health and depression that began at the October 2015 FDHA 4th Annual Health Summit. The summit focused on addressing the issues of violence and sharing of resources and solutions to reduce violence throughout Fulton and DeKalb counties. Arrington, Jr. will act as moderator for the Adult Forum a conversation about “Learning to Detect & Deter Violence in Fulton County.” Other participants include: James B. Verwayne of Standard of Care Psychological Services will act as moderator for the Youth Forum a conversation about “Facts for Teens: Youth Violence - Too Young to Die.” Topics include bullying, dating violence, gang violence, and depression and suicide.
