\n\nThe Brookhaven Police Department\, along with fellow Sandy Springs and Dunwoody officers\, as well as Target\, invite the community to National Night Out 2015.
\n\nThe event\, on Aug. 4 from 6 to 8 p.m.\, is a chance for "\;public safety agencies to come together to promote safer communities and strengthen relationships\,"\; said Brookhaven Major Brandon Gurley.
\n\nFor the first time\, Brookhaven is partnering with its neighboring cities for the event\, taking place at Perimeter Mall\, 4400 Ashford Dunwoody Road\, in the parking lot at the corner of Ashford Dunwoody Road and Perimeter Center East.
\n\nIn addition to public safety personnel and displays from first responders\, the event will also include hot dogs\, drinks and kids&rsquo\; activities.
\n\nAccording to Gurley\, Brookhaven officers will also take part in related neighborhood events that evening.
